At DB Mart, we work hard to offer our clients top-notch goods and services. We provide a refund or exchange if you're not happy with your purchase under the conditions outlined below.

Returns and Refunds

Within 14 days of delivery, you may exchange or return any DB Mart product as long as it's still in its original packing and in like-new condition.

Once we've received your return, we'll examine it and let you know whether or not your refund has been processed. If your return is accepted, we'll process your refund and issue credit to your original payment method within a couple of business days.

Exclusions

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Perishable products, including dairy, meat, and fresh veggies.
  • Products that have been tampered with after delivery, used, or damaged.
  • Products with missing components or ones that are not in their original packing.

Perishable products such as dairy, meat, and fresh veggies need to return on the same day.

Shipping Costs

Unless the return is the result of our error, such as shipping the wrong goods or a defective product, we will only reimburse the price of the product and not the shipping expenses.

Cancellations

Your order may be cancelled prior to shipping. You may return an order that has already been dispatched in accordance with our return policy.
