Please make sure your pickup date and time are clearly written so our team can prepare your order on time.
If you have received a missing, short, damaged or wrong item, please submit a claim through your DB Mart account.
To submit a claim:
1. Go to My Account.
2. Select the Claims option.
3. Enter your order number.
4. Select the claim type, such as:
Short / Missing Item
Damaged Item
Wrong Item Received
5. Select the item and enter the claim quantity for each affected item.
6. Upload clear photos and proof to support your claim.
7. In the Additional Notes section, clearly explain the issue.
Once your claim is submitted, our team will review the details and evidence provided.
Based on the review, the item may be redelivered, or the eligible amount may be refunded.
You can check the status of your claim anytime from My Account → Claims → Claim History.
There is no direct option to cancel an order from the website.
To request an order cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible by calling the phone number listed on our Contact page.
Cancellation requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
Please note: If your order has already been packed, prepared, dispatched, or is out for delivery, cancellation may not be possible.
Yes. DB Mart customers can earn reward points on eligible purchases.
For every $1 you purchase, you will earn 1 reward point.
Once you reach 1000 points, you can redeem them for $20 off during checkout.
Your available points and redemption option will be shown at checkout when you are logged in to your account.
